1) First, prepare the butter fish by scaling, gutting, washing it properly. Use lime or white vinegar with water. Be sure it is clean. 2) Next, peel, slice, clean, dice, and wash the vegetables for seasoning. 3) Add salt in and around the fish, and seasonings. 4) Next stuff the fish with stuffing.
